Site Seeing Photography Merch is the merchandise storefront of Site Seeing Photography. Our products are made to order and fulfilled through our production partners.

Production and delivery

Orders require production time before they ship. Production time is separate from the time a carrier takes to deliver your package. Timing varies by product, destination, and production partner. Any production or delivery estimates provided are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Busy periods, carrier disruptions, and other unexpected events can cause delays.

Shipping charges and destinations

We offer free standard shipping on U.S. orders, with no minimum purchase required. Standard U.S. shipping costs are included in our product prices.

This offer does not apply to international deliveries. Where international shipping or optional upgraded shipping is available, the options and any additional charges are displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. Availability depends on the products and delivery address. If no shipping option is available for your address, please contact siteseeingphotos@gmail.com before ordering.

Multiple items

Items in the same order may be produced and shipped separately and may arrive on different days.

Delivery address and order changes

Please check your shipping address carefully before placing an order. If you notice an error, email siteseeingphotos@gmail.com as soon as possible. Address changes and cancellations may not be possible once production or shipping has begun.

Delayed, missing, or damaged packages

If your package is delayed, appears lost, or is marked delivered but you have not received it, please email siteseeingphotos@gmail.com with your order number so we can investigate with the production partner or carrier. For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, please refer to our Return and Refund Policy.
